B. What is the purpose and legal basis of collecting and processing your personal data?
We collect the information above for the following purposes:
(1.) Opt-in to newsletters (we ask for your consent first): to provide you with the latest updates including upcoming workshops and intensives, retreats and online classes, special offers and discounts. We may also contact you to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, or to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
(2.) Session registration: to keep track of your attendances and purchased of session. 
(3.) Submitting questions: we have an interest in providing a response to your questions and need to use your data to do so.
(4.) Purchase: to keep record of billing and payment for accounting purposes. We collect your information as part of a legal contractual transaction. We may contact you via email to send invoices, receipts or reminders.
(5.) Health information: to be able to serve you in the most beneficial way possible. All information given is kept strictly confidential.
 
All your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
 
 
C. Who has access to the data we collect?
We process and have access to the data we collect from you. We also use services from the following third parties to assist us with processing your personal data:
• Our company is hosted on the Wix.com online platform that allows us to sell and present our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall (Wix, privacy policy).
• Financial transaction processors (processing your payments)
• Net-based accounting system (Tripletex.no)
• Email communication manager (Wix)
• Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of our website. Collecting these statistics, we can make our website visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).
Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, we are using cookies to collect data about our visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the placement of cookies.
• Google Tag Manager; Google Analytics.
• Hotjar - surveys, Poll & Survey widgets, Form Analysis & Conversion Funnels.

These third parties are prohibited from utilizing, sharing, or retaining your personal data for any purpose other than we dictate.

 
D. Cookies and similar technologies

(2.) Class registration and customer account: Four years after your last purchase
(3.) Submitting questions: Four years
(4.) Transaction: Four years for tax audit purposes
(5.) Health information: Four years after your last purchase
 
If a legal claim arises involving your data, we will store and disclose that data until the matter has resolved.
 

F. Your right to control your personal data
Wherever we have asked for your consent to collect or process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent. If you receive email messages from us, you can use the “unsubscribe” link in each message to withdraw consent and stop the mailings. You may leave comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations on the website and social media platforms. Please remember that any information you provide there is not private. The information can be viewed by anyone online including family, friends, the media, investigators, and potential employers conducting background checks.

We link to other sites, but please keep in mind that we do not control the privacy policies of those sites. Make sure to review the policies of any such sites before providing your personal information.

 
I. Privacy policy modifications and updates
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post a notice on the site 30 days before the change goes into effect and forward an email message to you should we have an email address for you.
